Products Details
The 198 is the flap-open member of the 20-inch group and one of five models in the range built on the same telescopic-footrest chassis. It shares the flap-open shell, the telescopic footrest, the shell material and every measurement with the 188: 36 x 24 x 53 cm, 20 L, 8.2 kg empty, a 110 kg maximum load and the same three colourways, listed in a different order in the specification matrix. No other difference between the two is recorded, so the 198 and the 188 are two references for one build.
The case is 20 inches on a 36 x 24 x 53 cm footprint and holds 20 litres. The shell is ABS + PC, the closure is a hinged flap and the maximum load is 110 kg. Empty weight is 8.2 kg, the figure to carry into a freight calculation, and cartons measure 62 x 39 x 27 cm at 9.76 kg gross. Roughly 430 units fit a 20GP and 1040 fit a 40HQ.
The flap is about access: the lid tips back and the interior is clear, with nothing to hold open while someone repacks. The telescopic footrest supports the rider's feet in the seated position and then retracts when the case is towed by hand.
Underneath, the 198 runs the shared drive package, a 200 W motor with a 13 km/h top speed and a 12 km range, and a detachable 96.2 Wh (37V 2600mAh) battery held under the 100 Wh cabin limit. Locking is a standard combination lock, with a TSA lock as an optional paid upgrade at USD 1-1.5 per unit.
Branding works as elsewhere in the catalogue. The moulds are our own, so shell colour, logo and retail carton can be changed, with custom colours and cartons available from 300 units while the standard minimum is 10 units and models may be mixed within one order. Electrical compliance is CE-EMC HTT202606639E / FCC SDoC HTT202606639F / RoHS HTT202606639R (Shenzhen HTT Technology, issued June 2026).

FAQ
We want our own colours and logo. What does that involve?
Shell colour, logo and retail carton are all changeable, and a branded order starts at 300 units. Share artwork and a carton specification and the run is quoted on that basis.
What is the smallest order you accept?
10 units per model, with mixed models permitted inside one order, on the standard colourways and carton.
How long does production take, and how do we pay?
Samples 3-10 days; 100 units 3 days; full container 10 days. Payment is TT 30% deposit / 70% before shipment.
What warranty is offered?
12 months on the unit.
What does the battery change about shipping paperwork?
It is detachable and rated 96.2 Wh (37V 2600mAh), which the specification set places under the 100 Wh cabin limit. Importers with a particular forwarder or airline to satisfy should raise the requirement directly with our sales contact.
How is the price built?
Terms are FOB Tianjin, China, and the indicative range across the models is USD 103-140 per unit. The firm price is quoted against model, quantity and destination, so the range should not be read as final.
Application and Case
The 198 is a flap-open case, and the buyer types the company lists for the range are import wholesalers, luggage-chain retailers, gift and promotional buyers, travel and scooter dealers, ride-on toy dealers for children aged seven to ten, e-commerce sellers and large-supermarket procurement.
A private-label or OEM order follows a clear route. The buyer selects a listed colourway or specifies a new one, approves logo placement and signs off a retail carton, and production then runs on our own moulds from 300 units. Orders from 10 units upward ship in the listed finishes. Since models may be mixed within one order, a first container can combine branded and standard pieces.
