Can a first order be small, and can it be mixed?
Yes to both. The minimum is 10 units per model, and models may be mixed within one order, so a buyer can test the pop-out footrest alongside other colourways without committing to a single shell. Custom branding, where the shell colour, logo or retail carton changes, starts at 300 units.
What does the price include, and how firm is it?
The price term is FOB Tianjin, China. The indicative range is USD 103-140 per unit, and a firm price is quoted against model, quantity and destination. Treat the range as a planning figure only; the quotation you receive is the one built on your model, your quantity and your destination port.
What are the lead times?
Samples are made in 3-10 days, 100 units in 3 days, and a full container in 10 days. Which of the three applies depends on the quantity and the colourways confirmed, so it is worth fixing the colour split early in the discussion.
How does payment work?
TT 30% deposit / 70% before shipment. The deposit is raised once the order is confirmed and releases production; the 70% balance is due before the container is shipped.
What warranty covers the unit?
A 12-month warranty applies to every unit. Spare parts ship with the goods as a 2% consumable pack, battery and motor excluded; parts are supplied free within the warranty period with the freight paid by us, and English repair videos cover the telescopic handle, the wheels, the controller and the wiring harnesses.
What customisation is possible, and how does it start?
Because the moulds are ours, shell colour, logo and retail carton are all changeable, with branded orders from 300 units. A private-label run starts from the colourway, the logo artwork and the retail carton layout, plus the quantity, destination and target ship date; from there we quote, and production is scheduled against the confirmed deposit.

How is the battery handled for shipment?
The 96.2 Wh (37V 2600mAh) pack is detachable, and it sits under the 100 Wh cabin limit, so it can be removed from the case for handling and transport. If your destination has its own requirements for a battery shipment, say so with the destination port when you request the quote, and the order is prepared around it.
